- Sterling offers four (4) hours of diversity training to non-management Team Members within their first 90 days of employment.
- Sterling offers twelve (12) hours of diversity training to management Team Members within their first year of employment.
- Senior managers receive training and regular consultation on diversity issues that impact the business.
Store Team Members and all levels of management also receive training geared toward making all customers feel welcomed, valued, and positive about choosing our stores to make that special purchase for themselves and their loved ones.
We believe that to know better is to do better. In addition to diversity training, all Team Members are offered a variety of performance, technical, and sales training opportunities so that they can pursue their own diverse career goals.
