In recent years, stakeholder expectations of public companies have increased. Monitoring, managing, and responding as a business to these changing expectations, including SEE issues, is a typical responsibility of corporate management.

Our Company regularly carries out SEE risk reviews and benchmarking exercises with the assistance of an external adviser. Such reviews include an assessment of Group policies, procedures, and controls with respect to SEE matters.

Our Company engages with our stakeholders in a number of ways, including consumer research, customer service facilities, team member attitude surveys, supplier relationship management systems, investor relations programs, participation in civic and community activities, and through trade bodies such as the Responsible Jewellery Council, Jewelers of America, and the World Diamond Council.
